Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:

Company: When this policy mentions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Narkha LLP, which is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.

Customer: refers to the company, organisation or person that signs up to use the Narkha LLP to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Narkha and use the services.

Service: refers to the service provided by Narkhaas described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

Website: Narkha’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: https://narkha.com

You: a person or entity that is registered with Narkha to use the Services.

Your Consent

By using our website, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return Policy and agree to its terms.

By placing an order or making a purchase at Narkha, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Narkha’s Privacy Policy.

Returns

Product Quality issues:
  • In the case of issues related to misprinting or broken or damaged or defective items sent to you, it must be communicated within 7 days of the delivery of the product. 
  • Send us pictures of the broken product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by the customer, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.
  • Returns or replacements will NOT be available for different sizes or colours.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For items lost in shipment, claims, if any, must be communicated not later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.

You can initiate a return by contacting us through our Contact Us Page in the footer or by emailing us at teamnarkha@gmail.com with your name, phone number, email id, order number and verifiable image and video, and our support team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours.

Action on Returned Orders:
  • Orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses are marked as ‘Returned to origin’ (RTO) once it is received by us. Narkha would store the returns for a period of 14 days from the date of the order being marked as RTO. The order can be sent to any other address within 14 days which will include shipping charges, after which we would not be re-shipping the product and you would have to place a new order.

Refund

  • If the order is cancelled and a refund is approved, for any reason the refund of the entire amount will be sent back to your original payment account.
  • It usually takes 5-7 business days for us to process the refund and an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • We only issue refunds for unused and unopened items.
  • For a sale item as long as it is within the time frame for returns and our return policy conditions have been met and you will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

Cancellations

Cancellations by the customer:
  • In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back to the source account.
  • If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.

Cancellation by Narkha: 
  • Under certain circumstances, it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
  • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  • We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in 14 days.

Changes To Our Return Policy

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
