Orders:

  1. How do I place an order?

    • You can place an order through our website by selecting the items you want, adding them to your cart, and proceeding to checkout.
  2. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

    • If your order has NOT yet been printed or shipped, you will be able to cancel the order but you will not be able to change an already placed order in terms of the product or design.
  3. How can I check the status of my order? How can I track my order?

    • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been placed on email. You can track your order by clicking on ‘Chat with us’ (Can be found on the bottom right side of the screen, on our website) and by clicking on ‘Track my order’ under Instant answers.
    • If you are unable to track using the above way, you may email us at teamnarkha@gmail.com along with your name, phone number, email id and order number and our support team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours.
  4. What should I do if my payment fails?

    In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

    • Please confirm if the information you've provided is correct ie. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
    • If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at teamnarkha@gmail.com

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
    • We will ship your order within 5-7 business days and once shipped you would get the tracking link directly to your email as well as phone.
    • Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons or in exceptional conditions where our partners find it difficult or dangerous to complete the delivery (Example: Bad weather conditions, political unrest etc).
  2. Can I get my order shipped faster than standard time?
    • We have RUSH ORDER feature where your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days and you will be charged Rs.60 extra per item in your order for priority shipping.

  3. Can I modify my shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
    • Yes, you can modify your shipping address of your order before it has been shipped.
    • You may reach out to teamnarkha@gmail.com after placing your order with your name, phone number, email id, updated address, updated pincode and order number and our support team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours.
    • If the order has already been shipped, you will be charged the shipping fees which stated by our support team (teamnarkha@gmail.com) for re-shipment to a new address.
  4. What if I was not able to claim my delivery?
    • If the product is not delivered for any reason and eventually goes unclaimed upon subsequent attempts and is returned to us, you will be liable for the cost of a re-delivery.
    • In this case you may reach out to teamnarkha@gmail.com with your name, phone number, email id and order number and our support team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours.

  2. How do I initiate a return?
    • You can initiate a return by contacting us through our form below or by emailing us at teamnarkha@gmail.com with your name, phone number, email id and order number and our support team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours.
  3. What happens if I received a damaged or defective item?
    • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us by emailing us at teamnarkha@gmail.com within 7 days with your name, phone number, email id, order number and video of damaged/defective item and our support team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours assisting you with a replacement or a return.
  4. Can I return an item for a different size or color?
    • No, replacement will NOT be available for different size or color.
  5. Do I have to pay for the return shipping?
    • If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund:

  1. How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
    • It usually takes 5-7 business days for us to process the refund and an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  2. How will I receive my refund?
    • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  3. Can I get a refund for a used item?
    • No, we only issue refunds for unused and unopened items.

  5. Can I get a refund for a sale item?
    • Yes, you can get a refund for a sale item as long as it is within the time frame for returns and our return policy conditions have been met.
    • You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

  2. How do I cancel my order?
    • You may email us at teamnarkha@gmail.com along with your name, phone number, email id and order number and our support team will reach back to you within 24-48 hours.
    • If your order has NOT yet been printed or shipped, you will be able to cancel the order.
    • If we have already printed and shipped the product, we will not be able to approve the cancellation request. In such cases, the product follows the normal lifecycle process.
  3. Can Narkha cancel my order?
    • Yes, under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion.
    • Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
    • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in 5-7 days and an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
